We are a Tube Filling Machine Manufacturer based in India. The range of tube filling and sealing machine fabricated by us is used for filling various products in tubes and then sealing it. Various products that can be filled by these machines are cream, gel, ointment, shampoo, tooth paste, and food products such as adhesives, grease, sauce, & others. Basically, products having different characteristics of flow and viscosity are packed by tube filling machine. The machinery is strictly according to GMP norms and has a compatible design, which is ideal for sealing and filling lami as well as aluminum tubes. But, for aluminum crimping a separate attachment is required.
Tube Types of Filling Machines
The filling machinery uses the methodology (for filling and sealing), which is dependent on tube nature and product type. Various tube types are as follows:
- Aluminum tubes
- Laminated tubes
- Metal Collapsible tubes
- Plastic Co extruded tubes
Standard Features:- ASPRO - TUBE FILLING MACHINE
- Adaptation in various working environments
- Ferguson Indexing Mechanism is used to drive the machine. This ensures precision in indexing and repeatability
- Filling accuracy 0.5%
- Nil or zero tailing after the filling process is important in tube filling machine. Hence, the filling nozzle is of positive shut off and blow off system.
- Robust construction
- Sealing stations have Hot Air Guns that are of Leister Make
- Simple design
- SS 316 L is used to make pump house (has a rigid base) and hopper (has polished inner surface)
- The machine has a double side coding system along with simple change over for coding digits. With this, parameters like MRP / PKD / Batch No. can be marked.
Optional accessories and attributes of tube sealing machine
- Acrylic top covering with safety limit switch interlock doors
- Double color filling system
- For automatic loading of tubes, an attachment of 'Auto Tube Loading Device' is provided
- For sensing the eye mark, it has an 'Automatic Print Registration Device'
- PLC based operating system
- Provision for A.C. Variable speed drive
- Stirrer for the hopper
